Sesame Ginger Pork Stir Fry

Method: Stove Top
- Place the sliced pork in a bowl with oil, grated ginger and sesame seeds. Mix well to coat.
- Heat oil in a large wok and stir the pork fillet until fragrant and well browned. You may need to do this in several batches. Remove from wok and set aside.
- Heat sesame oil in the wok and stir fry the prepared vegetables for 3 - 4 minutes.
- Return the Pork to the wok and stir in the ginger marmalade and soy sauce and stir fry for a further 3 minutes.
- Serve hot over steamed jasmine rice.
Notes: ginger marmalade may be replaced with lime or lemon marmalade for a delicious difference.
