Fragrant Asian Marinated Pork Steak

Method: Stove Top
- Trim pork steaks and place in a shallow non–metallic dish.
- Whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, lime juice and fish sauce and pour over the steaks. Allow to marinate for up to 4 hours, turning frequently.
- Heat a griddle pan over medium heat for 3 - 4 minutes and cook steaks for 3 – 4 minutes each side. Rest prior to slicing.
- Serve over braised Asian greens with a wedge of lime.
Notes: Pork fillet may be used in place of loin steaks in this dish.
